You might remember the bit of fun the NFL had when they partnered with Nickelodeon for the playoffs and Super Bowl LV.
Well, the New York Islanders have announced they’re teaming up with Nickelodeon for a co-branded theme game across digital media platforms.
On Saturday, April 3rd at 7 PM, Nickelodeon will be taking control of the Islanders’ twitter-page when they face the Philadelphia Flyers. The evening will take the Islanders’ game presentation to the next level with the incorporation of Nickelodeon shows and characters, both past and present, into the team’s digital entertainment landscape.
When fans tune in via the Islanders HomeIce Experience, brought to you by the HomeTurf app, as well as the social and digital channels, they will find a one-of-a-kind Nickelodeon-themed content experience. Some exclusive content fans will experience includes trivia, polls, team videos, and game celebration graphics that will feature popular cartoon characters from shows such as Spongebob Squarepants, Rugrats, Paw Patrol, and Rocket Power.
