The 5 Hole: Defining Moment in D.C.

Win and there in. That’s all the Isles needed to do tonight and they would be in the playoffs for the third time in four seasons. Of course they had to beat another team to get in, problem with that situation was it’s the team they have yet to beat this season in the President’s Trophy winning Washington Capitals. It almost felt like this was the way this team had to get in, battered, bruised, and willing. And boy did they ever coming back from a 3-1 deficit to win 4-3 in overtime to send them to the postseason. They’re in, everybody can breathe till Thursday when they battle who else: the Rangers. Enjoy the night, and while your at it, check out the best hits from tonight clinching comeback.
