The 5 Hole: Raleigh Rough But Past

It’s been a nice two days off for the Islanders, but it was time to get back to work. After winning probably the biggest game of the season Saturday night down in Raleigh, they were back in action to finish off a home and home series with those same Carolina Hurricanes. The blue and orange needed to get two points in any shape or form against this non-playoff team, and they did. The Isles gutted out a 2-1 shootout win, and two massive points in the process. They have now won two in a row. The best hits from social media can be found here after tonight’s victory.
